Procedure
The N-(4-(6-cyano-7-hydroxy-4-quinolyl)oxy-2-fluorophenyl)-N′-(2-thiazolyl)urea (150 mg) synthesized in Example 142 was dissolved in dimethylformamide (2.5 ml), and then potassium carbonate (150 mg) and 1-chloro-3-(diethylamino)propane (80 mg) were added and the mixture was heated and stirred at 60° C. for 2 hours. After cooling, water was added, extraction was performed with ethyl acetate, the organic layer was washed with saturated brine and dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, and the solvent was distilled off under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by NH silica gel column chromatography (ethyl acetate-methanol system) to obtain the title compound (10 mg).
