A mixture of toluene-4-sulfonic acid 2-[2-(6-chloro-pyridin-3-yl)-5-methyl-oxazol-4-yl]-ethyl ester (0.4 g, 1.0 mmol, 3-(4-Hydroxy-2-methyl-phenyl)-propionic acid methyl ester (0.2 g, 1 mmol) and Cs2CO3 (0.49 g, 1.5 mmol) in DMF (5 mL) is heated at 60° C. overnight, cooled to room temperature, diluted with ethyl acetate, washed with water and dried. Column chromatography on silica gel gave the product (85 mg).
