A solution of 5-Cyclopropyl-2H-pyrazol-3-ylamine(334 mg, 2.71 mmol) in 2 ml of THF was added dropwise to a solution of 2,4,6-Trichloro-[1,3,5]triazine (500 mg, 2.71 mmol) in 5 ml of THF at room temperature. After 1 hour, the precipitate was collected to afford 370 mg (50.4% yield) of the desired product.
