Prepared from 4-(3-amino-phenyl)-8-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-1,3-dihydro-benzo[b][1,4]diazepin-2-one (Example 70) by treatment with methanesulfonyl chloride and Et3N in THF at 23° C. Obtained as a light yellow solid (24 mg).
