Procedure

NMP (40 mL) and DIPEA (10 mL) were added to t-butyl 6-cyanopyridazin-3-yl((1-(3-fluoropyridin-2-yl)cyclobutyl)methyl)carbamate (3.9 g, 10 mmol), and hydrogen sulfide was bubbled through the reaction mixture for 2 h. The reaction was diluted with water, and the resultant yellow solid was filtered and dried under vacuum to give 2.1 g of t-butyl 6-carbamothioylpyridazin-3-yl((1-(3-fluoropyridin-2-yl)cyclobutyl)methyl)carbamate as a yellow solid.
