t-Butyl 6-chloropyridazin-3-yl((1-(3-fluoropyridin-2-yl)cyclobutyl)methyl)carbamate (2.5 g, 6.36 mmol), triethenylboroxin pyridine complex (1.0 g, 4.13 mmol), Pd(PPh3)4 (0.3 g, 0.25 mmol), nitrogen-sparged dioxane (13.2 mL) and aq. 2 N K2CO3 (0.9 mL) were combined and heated to 110° C. for 25 min. The reaction mixture was diluted with EtOAc and washed with satd. aq. NaHCO3 and brine. The organic layer was dried over sodium sulfate, filtered, and concentrated. Silica gel chromatography provided a light yellow oil (2.1 g, 86%), (m/z [M+H]=385.2).
