To a solution of compound 7 (207 mg, 0.50 mmol) in DMF (5 mL) were added N,N-diisopropylethylamine (174 uL, 1.0 mmol) and acetoxyacetyl chloride (65 uL, 0.60 mmol) and the resulted mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1 hr.
