5-(1-Methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-3-(quinolin-6-ylmethyl)-3H-[1,2,3]triazolo[4,5-b]pyridin-7-ol (120 mg, 0.336 mmol) was dissolved in POCl3 (2 ml). The reaction mixture was stirred at 110° C. for 1 h. After cooled to 0° C., the mixture was basified with aqueous NaHCO3 to pH=7, and extracted with EtOAc. The organic layer was separated, dried over anhydrous Na2SO4, concentrated, and purified by chromatography to afford the title compound (25 mg). MS: 376 (M+1)+.
