To a solution of tert-butyl 2-(3-((3-(3,4-dihydroisoquinolin-2(1H)-yl)-2-hydroxypropyl)carbamoyl)phenyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxylate (100 mg, 0.11 mmol) in EA (10 mL) was added HCl (1M in EA, 4 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred at 25° C. for 16 h. The solvent was then removed by in vacuo and the crude product was purified by prep-HPLC to give the title compound (39.4 mg, Yield 52%). 1H NMR (CD3OD, 400 MHz): δ 7.80 (brs, 1H), 7.66 (d, J=7. Hz, 1H), 7.53 (d, J=7.6 Hz, 1H), 7.32-7.43 (m, 1H), 7.00-7.17 (m, 4H), 4.05-4.24 (m, 2H), 3.73-3.81 (m, 2H), 3.48-3.60 (m, 2H), 3.17-3.27 (m, 1H), 2.96-3.07 (m, 1H), 2.81-2.95 (m, 4H), 2.64-2.75 (m, 2H), 2.20-2.32 (m, 1H), 1.87-2.05 (m, 2H), 1.70-1.84 (m, 1H). LCMS (m/z): 380.2 (M+1).
