Procedure
100 mg (0.24 mmol) of methyl 3-{4-amino-2-[3-(2-chloro-4,5-difluorobenzoyl)-ureido]phenyl}acrylate (example 54b) were reacted in 2 ml of dimethylformamide with potassium carbonate and 4-chlorophenyl chloroformate. The precipitate resulting after 4 hours was filtered off with suction. Preparative HPLC (column: Waters Xterra™MS C18, 5 μm, 30×100 mm, mobile phases: A: H2O+0.2% trifluoroacetic acid, B: acetonitrile, gradient: 2.5 minutes 90% A/10% B to 17.5 minutes 10% A/90% B) resulted in 12 mg (9%) of the desired product.
