A mixture of the product of step i) (0.37 g), N-cyclopropyl-4-methyl-3-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)benzamide (0.29 g) [prepared as described in US2005020590] and potassium carbonate (0.27 g) in degassed N,N-dimethylformamide (8 mL) was treated with tetrakis(triphenylphosphine)palladium(0) (0.115 g) and the mixture heated at 80° C. under nitrogen for 24 hours. The reaction mixture was concentrated to dryness and the crude product purified (SiO2, 2% methanol in dichloromethane as eluent) to give the sub-title compound (0.44 g).
