In a solution of 1.31 g of 3,5-dichloro-1-(1-trifluoromethylethenyl)benzene synthesized in Step 1 of Synthetic Example 3 and 1.17 g of α-chloro-3-methyl-4-nitrobenzaldoxime in 10 ml of tetrahydrofuran, 1.15 g of potassium hydrogen carbonate and 1.50 g of water were added, and stirred at room temperature for 18 hours. After the completion of the reaction, tetrahydrofuran was removed from the reaction mixture, 3 ml of water was added, and stirred under colloing with ice for further 30 minutes. Precipitated crystal was filtered off, washed with 5 ml of water and then 5 ml of diisopropyl ether to obtain 1.29 g of the aimed product as white crystal.
