A mixture of the product from step (v) (0.6 g), the product from step (vii) (0.43 g) and potassium carbonate (0.285 g) in NMP (10 ml) was heated at 70° C. for 4 h. The mixture was partitioned between diethylether and water, the organic layer dried, and the solvent evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue was dissolved in 50% DCM/trifluoroacetic acid (20 ml) and stirred at RT for 2 h. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure and the residue purified by RPHPLC, yield 0.175 g
