To a solution of (3-fluoro-4-((6-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-3-yl)oxy)phenyl)methanol (126 mg, 0.439 mmol) and 8-chloro-1-isopropyl-3,4-dihydro-1H-pyrimido[1,6-a]pyrimidin-6(2H)-one (20 mg, 0.088 mmol) in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) (8 mL), was added NaH (35.1 mg, 0.878 mmol) 25 and stirred for 1 h at rt. The reaction mixture was quenched by addition of sat. aq. NH4Cl solution and was filtered. The solution was purified by MDAP to afford the desired product as a white solid.
