Procedure

Compound 9 (66 mg, 93 μmol) was dissolved in acetonitrile (2 mL), N-hydroxysuccinimide (21.5 mg, 187 μmol) and EDCI (36 mg, 187 μmol) were added and the mixture stirred at 20° C. overnight. The solvent was removed under vacuum and the residue was purified over silica gel using dichloromethane/AcOEt (4/1) as eluant to give 45 mg (93 μmol, 60% yield) of a colorless oil.
