Procedure
At 0° C. 86 mg (0.44 mmol) (2S)-piperidin-2-ylmethanol were added to 132 mg (3.3 mmol) sodium hydride (60% in mineral oil) in 4 mL anhydrous THF. After 15 min of stirring on the ice bath, 141 mg (0.33 mmol) of 6-chloro-3-(4-methoxyfuro[3,2-c]-pyridin-2-yl)imidazo[1,2-b]pyridazine were added. The ice bath was removed and the mixture was stirred for 72 h at 40° C.
