To a solution of 4-chloro-6-(cyclopropyl(3-hydroxypropyl)amino) pyrimidin-2(1H)-one (2 g, 8.21 mmol) in tretrahydrofuran (20 mL) were added DIAD (2.394 mL, 12.31 mmol) and triphenylphosphine (3.23 g, 12.31 mmol) at r.t., stirred for 3 h, and concentrated. Purification via C-18 column, and afforded the title compound as a white solid.
