(R)-(1-(2-Benzyl-3H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-5-yl)piperidin-3-yl)(pyrrolidin-1-yl)methanone was prepared by a method analogous to the one used for Example 163, Step 1 at a temperature of 120° C. using (R)-(1-(6-amino-5-nitropyridin-2-yl)piperidin-3-yl)(pyrrolidin-1-yl)methanone and 2-phenylacetaldehyde. MS (ES+APCI) (M+H) 390.1; LCMS retention time 3.859 min (Method I).
