To a suspension of 60% sodium hydride (125 mg) in dry DMF (5 ml) was added a solution of the product from example 3, step (a) (0.57 g) in DMF (10 ml). The mixture was allowed to stir for 30 mins. To the solution was added 2,3-difluorobenzyl bromide (0.39 ml) and the mixture stirred for 2 hours. Poured into water and the crude product extracted into ethyl acetate. Chromatography on silica eluting with 10% ethyl acetate/dichloromethane afforded the title compound (0.35 g).
