A mixture of 4-pyridin-3-yl-1,3-dihydroindol-2-one (42 mg, 0.2 mmol), 3,5-dimethyl-4-(4-methylpiperazine-1-carbonyl)-1H-pyrrole-2-carbaldehyde (50 mg, 0.2 mmol) and piperidine (0.1 mL) in ethanol was heated in a sealed tube at 70° C. for 5 hours. The reaction was concentrated and the residue was crystallized from ethyl acetate/hexane to give the title compound.
