Versuchsvorschrift

Into a reaction vessel equipped with a stirring rod and a thermometer, 683 parts by mass of water, 11 parts by mass of sodium salt of methacrylic acid ethylene oxide adduct sulfate ester (ELEMINOL RS-30, manufactured by Sanyo Chemical Industries, Ltd.), 10 parts by mass of polylactic acid, 60 parts by mass of styrene, 100 parts by mass of methacrylic acid, 70 parts by mass of butyl acrylate, and 1 part by mass of ammonium persulfate were charged and then stirred at 3,800 rpm for 30 minutes, to thereby obtain a white emulsion. Then, the temperature of the reaction system was raised to 75° C. by heating and reacted for 4 hours. Further, 30 parts by mass of a 1% by mass aqueous ammonium persulfate solution was added to the reaction system and aged at 75° C. for 6 hours to thereby obtain an aqueous dispersion liquid of a vinyl resin (a copolymer of styrene-methacrylate-butyl acrylate-sodium salt of methacrylic acid ethylene oxide adduct sulfate ester), i.e., Fine Particle Dispersion Liquid 1.
