To this was added triethylamine (35 μL, 0.25 mmol), 2,5-dichlorobenzeneacetic acid (102 mg, 0.5 mmol) (i.e. the product of Example 3, Step A), 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride (100 mg, 0.56 mmol) and a catalytic amount of 4-(dimethylamino)pyridine (˜1 mg). The mixture was shaken overnight at ambient temperature, diluted with dichloromethane, washed with 1 N aqueous hydrochloric acid, saturated aqueous sodium bicarbonate solution and brine, dried over MgSO4 and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel chromatography using ethyl acetate to give 170 mg of the title product, a compound of the present invention as an oil.
