Procedure
A solution of 4 N hydrochloric acid in acetic acid (2 mL) was added to a solution of tert-butyl N′-[5-chloro-2-(3,4,5-trifluorophenyl)pentanoyl]hydrazinecarboxylate (300 mg) in ethyl acetate (2 mL), and the reaction solution was stirred at room temperature for one hour. The reaction solution was concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain 250 mg of the title compound. The property value of the compound is as follows.
