Procedure

28 mg of potassium carbonate and 21 mg of 1-bromo-propane were added to a solution of 60 mg of 5-(4-chloro-benzyl)-2-(3-fluoro-phenyl)-6H-oxazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidin-7-one in 3 ml of dimethylformamide, and the reaction mixture was stirred at 60° C. for 16 h. After cooling, the mixture was subjected to chromatography (silica gel, gradient from heptane to heptane/ethyl acetate 3:1). 15 mg of the title compound were obtained.
