Procedure

A mixture of 6,8-dichloro-2-methyl-2,7-naphthyridin-1(2H)-one (46 mg, 0.2 mmol) and CH3NH2 solution in THF (2.0 M, 2.5 mL) was heated at 95° C. for 5 hours and evaporated to afford the crude title compound. ESI-MS m/z 224.0 (MH+).
