Procedure

Under inert atmosphere, to a stirred solution of NaH (2.5 mg, 0.05 mmol) in 0.10 ml anhydrous DMF at 0° C., was added a solution of compound of Example 8 (0.02 g, 0.05 mmol) in 0.20 ml anhydrous DMF. After 1.5 h at 0° C., benzyl bromide (7 μl, 0.05 mmol) was added to the reaction mixture. This mixture was stirred for 2 h, and then solvent was completely removed. The crude was chromatographically purified over SiO2 using Hexane/AcOEt 50/50 as the eluant, yielding 0.016 g (71%, purity 92%) of the desired product.

Workup

  1. customsolvent was completely removed
  2. customThe crude was chromatographically purified over SiO2
