Intermediate 1 was reacted with alpha-bromoacetophenone in the presence of triethylamine in dioxane by the method described in example 1, intermediate 3. For workup, the solvent was distilled off, and the residue was taken up in ethyl acetate. It was washed twice with H2O and twice with 2 N HCl, dried with MgSO4 and concentrated. The crude product obtained in this way was reacted further without further purification.
