A mixture of the oxime from Step 4 (1.2 g, 2.7 mmol) and cesium carbonate (1.7 g, 5.4 mmol) in DMF (20 mL) was stirred at 80° C. for 18 h. The reaction was diluted with ethyl acetate and washed with water. The crude product was purified by chromatography on silica gel to give the title product.
