1-[4′-(4-Amino-3-methyl-isoxazol-5-yl)-biphenyl-4-yl]-cyclopropanecarboxylic acid ethyl ester (0.181 g, 0.5 mmol), 3-bromo-benzoic acid (0.100 g, 0.5 mmol), O-(7-azabenzotriazol-1-yl)-N,N,N′,N′-tetramethyl uronium hexafluorophosphate (0.228 g, 0.6 mmol) and N-methylmorpholine (0.110 mL, 1.0 mmol) were combined in DMF and stirred at room temperature for 2 days. The reaction was submitted to standard aqueous workup and purified by silica gel chromatography to afford the title compound.
