Procedure
1 ml of 1,2-dimethoxyethane and 10% hydrochloric acid were added to 80 mg of (S)—N2-[1-(4-fluorophenyl)ethyl]-6-(2-fluoropyridin-4-yl)-N4-(pyrazin-2-yl)pyrimidine-2,4-diamine, and the mixture was stirred at 85° C. for 2 hours. 0.5 ml of 10% hydrochloric acid was added thereto, and the mixture was further stirred for 2 hours. The reaction solution was diluted with ethyl acetate and alkalified with a saturated aqueous solution of sodium bicarbonate. The mixture was subjected to extraction, and the obtained organic layer was dried over magnesium sulfate. The solvent was distilled off under reduced pressure, and then the obtained solid was washed with diethyl ether and filtrated, and then dried under reduced pressure to obtain 54 mg of the objective compound as white powder.
