Procedure
280 mg of the product obtained in Stage 1 of Example 7, 3 ml of methylene chloride, 0.17 ml of NEt3 (triethylamine) and 230 mg of 4-methyl-benzenesulphonic acid chloride are mixed together then the reaction medium is agitated at ambient temperature for approximately 30 minutes. Then 2 ml of water is added, followed by extracting with 2×5 ml of methylene chloride, washing with 5 ml of water, drying, evaporating, impasting in ether, separating and drying. In this way 345 mg of expected product is obtained.
