HCl-solution (1.0 ml) was added to N-{4-chloro-3-[5-chloro-6-(3-dimethylaminomethyl-pyrrolidin-1-yl)-1H-benzimidazol-2-ylamino]-benzyl}-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (130 mg, 0.2 mmol) in THF (2 mL) and stirred at 50° C. for 1 h. The reaction mixture was concentrated to give the sub-title compound.
