Procedure
Using pyrrolidine and 2,2,4,6,7-pentamethyl-5-(4-phenyl pyrazine-1-yl)-2,3-dihydro-benzofuran-3-ol obtained in Reference Example 30, the free base was obtained in the same manner as in Example 57. The free base was treated with a 4N hydrogenchloride in ethyl acetate (10 ml) to obtain the title compound. Yield 80%. Amorphous powder.
