Procedure

After N-methylaniline(1.5 ml, 14 mmol) was added to a mixture solution of 5,6-dimethyl-4-(1-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinolin-2-yl)-2-chloropyrimidine(1.9 g, 6.6 mmol) and dimethylformamide(10 ml), 0.25 g of the titled compound was obtained in accordance with the same procedure as in Step 2 of Example 1.
