Procedure

After N-methylaniline(0.45 ml, 4.05 mmol) was added to a mixture solution of 6-methyl-4-(7-methyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrothieno[2,3-c]pyridin-6-yl)-2-chloropyrimidine(0.75 g, 2.7 mmol) and dimethylformamide(10 ml), 0.52 g of the titled compound was obtained in accordance with the same procedure as in Step 2 of Example 1.
