To 100 mg 5-Pyrrol-1-yl-1H-[1,2,4]triazole-3-carboxylic acid in 1 ml DMF and 0.3 ml NEt3, 121 mg 1-Isopropyl-piperidin-4-ylamine dihydrochloride and 142 mg BOP-Cl were added at RT and the mixture was stirred for 16 h. After addition of 5 ml of water the mixture was filtered through a chem elut® cartridge by elution with ethyl acetate and then concentrated under reduced pressure. The obtained crude product was used without further purification in the next reaction step. Yield: 170 mg.
