Compound of example 105 (9 g, 29 mmol) in dry DMF (50 mL) was reacted methyl 2-chlorobenzoate (16.5 g, 96.7 mmol) in the presence of NaH (50%, 6.99 g, 145.6 mmol) as described in example 16 to obtain the title compound.
