To (S)-2-Methyl-propane-2-sulfinic acid [(R)-1-piperidin-4-yl-2-(2,4,5-trifluoro-phenyl)-ethyl]-amide (200 mg, 0.552 mmol) in dichloromethane (1 mL) are added EDC (127 mg, 0.662 mmol), HOBt (97 mg, 0.718 mmol), DIPEA (283 uL, 1.656 mmol) and cyclohexylsulfanyl-acetic acid in DMF (2 mL, 1.2 mmol). After stirring at rt during 3 days, the mixture is washed with an aqueous 1N HCl solution, the organic phase is dried and evaporated to give the title compound.
