Procedure
To a mixture of 3-phenyl-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrazin-8-ylamine (Example 11) (28 mg, 0.133 mmol) in DCM (0.5 ml), DMF (1 ml) and THF (0.5 ml) was added butyl isocyanate (0.03 ml, 2 eq.). The mixture was heated at 60° C. for 8 hr. After cooling to rt, the mixture was diluted with EtOAc. The organic layer was washed with brine, dried and concentrated. The residue was purified on a silica gel column to give 15 mg (yield 36%) of the title compound.
