Procedure
0.75 g (1.9 mmol) of N-[2-[1-(2-carboxyethyl)-1H-indol-3-yl]ethyl]-(4-fluorophenyl)sulphonamide are reduced with triethylsilane analogously to Example 1. 0.58 g of a viscous oily product is thus obtained (Rf =0.18, CH2Cl2 :ethyl acetate=100:2). After conversion of the product into its hydrochloride (analogously to Example 1), 0.62 g (76% of theory) of a solid residue is obtained.
