Procedure
To a solution of the compound obtained in Example 208 (1000 mg, 2.2 mmol) and 4-fluoroaniline (269 mg, 2.4 mmol) in THF (3 mL) were added acetic acid (0.126 mL, 2.2 mmol) and sodium triacetoxyborohydride (699 mg, 3.3 mmol) under ice cooling, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 20 hours. To the reaction mixture was added saturated aqueous solution of sodium hydrogen carbonate (100 mL). The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 2 hours and extracted with ethyl acetate (100 mL×2). The organic layer was washed with saturated sodium chloride solution (100 mL), dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate and concentrated under reduced pressure. The concentrate was subjected to flash column chromatography (silica gel 20 g, ethyl acetate/methanol=1/0 to 9/1 to 4/1), and the desired fraction was concentrated under reduced pressure to give the titled compound (695 mg, 1.3 mmol, Yield 58%) as a pale purple amorphous substance.
