To a solution of 16-(3-(4-(diethylamino)-2-(4-(3-(trifluoromethyl)benzylcarbamoyl)pyridin-2-yl)phenylcarbamoyl)phenyl)-4,7,10,13-tetraoxahexadecan-1-oic acid (300 mg, 0.37 mmol), 4-(piperazin-1-yl)phenol (71 mg, 0.40 mmol) and DIPEA (142 mg, 1.1 mmol) in DMF (3 mL) was added HATU (160 mg, 0.42 mmol). After 30 minutes, the solvent was removed under vacuum and the residue was dissolved in DCM (50 mL). This was washed with water (4×25 mL), dried (Na2SO4) and concentrated to give the title compound (379 mg).
