To a solution of 177a (300 mg, 0.49 mmol) in propan-2-ol (4 mL), tetrahydrofuran (4 mL), and water (1 mL) was added lithium hydroxide (35 mg, 1.47 mmol). The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 0.5 h. It was evaporated and the residue was purified by reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 177 (79 mg, 28%) as a white solid. MS-ESI: [M+H]+ 569. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.46 (d, J=5.5 Hz, 1H), 7.92 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 7.70 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 7.39 (s, 1H), 7.33 (d, J=5.5 Hz, 1H), 6.88 (s, 1H), 5.69 (s, 1H), 4.99-4.97 (m, 1H), 4.61-4.60 (m, 1H), 4.48-4.46 (m, 1H), 4.33-4.31 (m, 1H), 4.14-4.06 (m, 4H), 3.87-3.85 (m, 1H), 3.69 (s, 3H), 3.62 (d, J=5.5 Hz, 2H), 2.91 (d, J=5.0 Hz, 2H), 2.63-2.55 (m, 6H), 1.91-1.87 (m, 2H), 1.79-1.78 (m, 2H), 1.17 (t, J=7.5 Hz, 3H).
