Procedure
E-3-[3,5-Difluoro-4-(3-dimethylaminophenoxy)phenyl]-2-methyl-propenoic acid guanidide hydrochloride ##STR15## 10 a) The ester from 8 a, 3 eq. of potassium carbonate and 1.1 eq. of 3-dimethylaminophenol were stirred in DMF at 150° C. for 5 hours. After working up and purification, ethyl E-3-[3,5-difluoro-4-(3-dimethylaminophenoxy)phenyl]-2-methyl-propenoate was isolated.
