tert-Butyl 4-[({4-[5-(cyclopropyl methoxy)-1,3-benzodioxol-4-yl]-6-methyl-5H-pyrrolo[3,2-d]pyrimidin-7-yl}carbonyl)amino]piperidine-1-carboxylate from example D.e1 (2.72 g; 4.95 mmol) is dissolved in dry 2-propanol (50 mL). After addition of 4M HCl in dioxane (5.0 mL) the stirred reaction mixture is heated to 80° C. for two hours. At ambient temperature tert.-butyl methyl ether (100 mL) is added.
