Procedure
5-Carbamoyl-3-pyridyltri-n-butylstannane (see Preparation 43) and 5-bromo-3-(1-cyclopropylmethylpyrrolidin-2(R)-ylmethyl)-1H-indole (see Preparation 56) were reacted together in the presence of palladium (II) acetate, tri-o-tolylphosphine and triethylamine using a procedure similar to that described in Example 1. This yielded the title compound. Found: C,71.56; H,7.13; N,13.72. C23H26N4O.3/16CH2Cl2 requires: C,71.33; H,6.,81; N,14.35%.
