Prepared by analogy to Example 32 by reaction of 2.23 g (0.0085 mol) of 2-acetylamino-4-bromoacetylthiazole with 2.26 g of (0.0085 mol) of N-(2-hydroxy-ethyl)-2-(4-carbomethoxymethoxyphenyl)-1-methylethylamine and 0.86 g (0.0085 mol) of triethylamine is 30 ml of methylene chloride and 30 ml of methanol for 20 hours at room temperature. The reduction is carried out in 9 ml of trifluoroacetic acid using 1.48 g (0.0128 mol) of triethylsilane. The crude product is purified on a silica gel column using ethyl acetate/methanol=9:1 as eluant.
