The compound of step 2 (80 mg, 0.249 mmol) and triphenylphosphine (98 mg, 0.374 mmol) were dissolved in THF. 2-(5-Chloro-2-fluoro-phenyl)-ethanol (48 mg, 0.274 mmol) and DIAD (80.3 mg, 0.374 mmol) were added and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 2 h. The volatiles were evaporated in vacuo and the residue was purified by preparative RP HPLC (water/ACN gradient) to give 85 mg of the title compound.
