To an N,N-dimethylformamide solution (5 mL) of 4-[4-(4-fluorophenyl)piperazin-1-yl]-1,3,5-triazin-2(1H)-one (100 mg, 0.36 mmol) synthesized in Reference Synthesis Example 3, 4-chlorobenzyl chloride (69 mg, 0.43 mmol), potassium carbonate (59 mg, 0.43 mmol), and sodium iodide (54 mg, 0.36 mmol) were added and the resultant mixture was stirred at 90° C. for 5 hours. The reaction solution was concentrated under reduced pressure and the resultant residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography to obtain the title compound (1 mg, yield: 1%).
