Procedure
To a solution of N2-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-N4-(2-azaspiro[4.5]decan-8-yl)pyrimidine-2,4-diamine (80 mg, 0.24 mmol) and 2-cyanoacetic acid (22 mg, 0.26 mmol) in DCM (3 mL) and DMF (2 mL) were added EDCI (49 mg, 0.26 mmol) and HOAT (17 mg, 0.12 mmol). The mixture was stirred at 45° C. for 1 h then concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (DCM/MeOH (v/v)=10/1) to give the product as a yellow solid (13 mg, 13%).
